Our Return Policy

- All original packaging and accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Opened kitchen sink wastes & plumbing kits
- Installed kitchen sinks or taps
- Custom-ordered kitchen cabinets & doors
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
